1. No outdoor shoe use in the house. 2. No alcohol drink consumption and No smoking and/or use of any illicit drugs on any place in the property. 3. Kitchen use for light meal preparation (up to 30 minutes per day) & times are 7AM - 9PM. No stove/oven use permitted. 4. No pets in the house. This also includes service pets because of severe allergies of host's immediate family member who resides there. 5. After shower, any wet floor must be kept dried when finished. 6. Exterior doors to be locked at all times. 7. Only registered guests on premises at all times. 8. Laundry available, 2 loads per stay max, clean after use. Must use your own detergent. Times of use 7PM - 9PM weekdays or 7AM - 9PM weekends. 9. NO OPEN FLAME IN THE HOUSE (candles etc...). 10. Clean up shared spaces/items after each use. 11. Do not flush into the toilet any tissue paper or items. One trash bin is provided in the bathroom. 12. Do not move the furniture or appliances without asking. 13. Guest staying must be the person who made the reservation. 14. Must extend stay to the required minimum 30 nights to receive/accept letter or any parcel delivery -- this property requires a minimum reservation duration of 30 nights. If you wish to have a reservation less than 30 nights please inform us as soon as possible so that you can be relocated to a Partner Property located within 10 km distance. 15. It is recommended that guests have a comprehensive travel insurance for any additional protection of their trip and/or reservation duration. For more information on this, please speak with your travel agent and/or Airbnb Support Staff.

Washroom: The guest has access to the shared full washroom on the third floor. It is shared between 3-4 guests. As it is a shared washroom, and to keep this access during the reservation, the following House Rules specifically apply: - Toilet paper must not be flushed because it can clog the toilet. It has to be disposed inside of the trash bin. - After shower or sink use, any water spillage on the floor must be wiped dry with the cloth/mop provided inside the washroom. - After toilet use, it must be maintained clean for other guest's use. The cleaners cannot come every time to clean it after each guest uses it. It is the responsibility of all guests to use the SHARED washroom and clean after their use. Kitchen: The guest may use the microwave, toaster, rice cooker, egg boiler, kettle, & refrigerator. Please do not use the kitchen between Midnight and 6AM. Kitchen use is for eating or preparing a light meal. There are labels of the Room number as it corresponds to the storage space that the Guest may access in the kitchen cabinets and inside the refrigerator. Please note, stove/oven use is not permitted at this house. For all other instructions, please see the Guest Manual for this room that has been sent to you at the time of booking.
